Weekly Photo Challenge – Habit

TeaThis is one habit I can never let go of. I LOVE tea so much. It does not need to be posh loose leaf either. A nice strong cup of Yorkshire tea, no sugar or milk thank you kindly.

I used to smoke but happily I managed to kick that habit to the curb a while back. I used to perhaps drink a little bit too much wine but now I have to drive so much for work and I am so busy in the week that is reserved strictly for the weekends in moderation these days.

So this is definitely my main habit, well apart from blogging and photography that is.

Well, I was making a cup of tea and just thought I would take a snap, I just positioned a small lamp so it was shining onto the chopping board and used a shallow depth of field. :-)

This is very true indeed. My kids say that my favorite phrase when we are about to do anything is ‘Ok, let me just grab a cuppa first’… :-)

  7. Well, there are so many different kinds of teas out there to help “feed” this habit that you could try out something different each month….currently Im trying out assam, but must admit I enjoyed my chai tea a lot last month.

I think that is an excellent idea, I will probably start doing that. You will have to give me thumbs up on what you enjoy and I shall go and hunt it down. :-)

  9. Very interesting photo. I like that it looks like the aftermath of a tea somehow and not the beginning.
