Symbol of Urban Art.
A few shots of the Sand, Sea and Spray urban artists in action today in Blackpool. I didn’t manage to get around it all, yet. Such massive talent and a feeling that our town is just a little bit special.

Wonderful photos of wonderful art in progress!
Thank you, it was fab I just wish I could have got around to all the artwork but I had the kids with me and the usual ‘I’m bored….’ started after an hour or so 🙂
LOL! Mine are way past that age. It’s their dad who gives me that look sometimes 😉
I’m impressed that some of the artists were wearing breathing masks. Some pretty nice work there; I especially liked Pipsqueak Was Here.
I think perhaps in their natural environment they just might not wear them 🙂 but for this they did of course. I am so proud of Blackpool for embracing the arts.
amazing, good to see a mask being worn, there is so much talent in street art.

Jo, great photographs. Urban artistry has not picked up in our side of the world. Yet blessed with great artists. This your post among others that I had reblogged will be a pointer for the way to go. Please permit.
Thank you Akeem, please feel free and I look forward to seeing your urban artists in time to come.
Jo, you’re welcome. Am all eager too. Thanks
